Our guarantee

PhotoBridge sells a one-time Migration Pass ($19). If PhotoBridge fails to complete your migration, email support@photobridge.io within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund.

How refunds work

  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
  • Because your photos transfer directly to your own cloud storage, a refund does not remove or affect any files already moved — they remain yours.
  • After a refund, your account reverts to the free tier.

When a refund may not apply

The Migration Pass covers transfers up to your plan's storage limit, and failed transfers can always be retried at no extra cost. If a migration completed successfully, or a transfer was limited by factors outside our control — such as Google rate limits, your destination running out of space, or incorrect Takeout archive sizes — a refund may not apply. When in doubt, reach out; we look at every request individually and want you to be satisfied.
